The TV adapter 3.0 needs to be placed on a flat surface close to the TV and in close range of the hearing aids, the TV adapter has a range of up to 15-meters. The pictures show everything that is included in this auction.  Box #3 is missing which holds the Optical cable,  the cable is included!  There is also a 1 to 2 Optical cable adapter which is normally not included.  The parts look unused, the factory protective plastic is still on the main adapter.  I have tested the adapter for power on and it also switches to setup mode correctly.
