You are bidding on a gently used copy of The Duelist Magazine # 2, Summer 1994 issue. This item is from my personal library and has been well taken care of.
I’m not a professional grader, but by my best approximation this copy is in somewhere between VF+ and NM- condition. This magazine was purchased before hitting the rack upon its original release, carefully read once, and has been stored in a magazine shortbox ever since. There’s just a bare minimum of normal reading wear. All pages are crisp and clean and the binding is tight. There is a little bit of storage wear in the corners, but other than that, this copy is in fantastic shape. Magazine will be sent in a fresh bag and board. Please look at photos closely for details—they are not stock, this is the actual item you are purchasing.
SHIPPING: There is no such thing as “free shipping”. Sellers like myself choose that option because we prefer to include shipping costs in the price of the item so that buyers know exactly what their purchase will cost and only sales tax is added after they buy an item from us. We still have to pay to ship your items, and when an item is sent Media Mail we pay the same price as anyone else, no discounts. Media Mail (the cheapest option) shipping for magazines costs us anywhere between - depending on the weight of the mags. Additionally, I wrap all my items in bubble wrap to make sure they arrive just as shown in the photos, and I use high-quality LP mailers (which aren’t cheap) to ship magazines because I’ve found this is the best way to protect them during transit. PLEASE keep in mind that whatever price I have an item listed for, - of that is being used just to get that item safely into your mailbox. Thank you for understanding.
