Cochran & McCluer, Chicago, Illinois Real Estate Developer Advertising Token

I have for sale an anniversary advertising token for the Cochran & McCluer real estate company that was located in Chicago, Illinois.  Unknow year for the token but probably during the first half of the 20th century?  The token is gilted metal, it is 1 1/2 inch in diameter and in almost uncirculated condition a minor spot or two on each side.  One side at the rim reads ON TIME SINCE 1891 - NOTE VALUE ON OTHER SIDE.  In the center it shows the front end of a locomotive.  On the other side it reads COCHRAN & McCLUER ANNIVERSARY COIN - THIS COIN - IS GOOD FOR - .00 ON A 0.00 BOND - .00 ON A 00.00 BOND - 0.00 ON A ,000.00 BOND - ON OTHER AMOUNTS - IN PROPROTION - ONE COIN TO A CUSTOMER - WE EMPLOY NO - SALESMEN - 40 N.
