Just remove a wax guard strip from the small packet, then proceed to check the two ends: one will be empty for your old guard, and the other will hold your new wax guard. Use the empty end to remove your current used wax guard from your hearing aid device, then turn the stick and push the end with the new wax guard onto the hearing aid device.
