12-piece KT30 collet set for Kearney & Trecker 2D milling machine

Description

12-piece set of #30 collets for Kearney & Trecker 2D rotary-head milling machine.  I have a limited number of these sets available, as I was required to meet the manufacturer's minimum order quantity in order to equip my own machine with collets.  I directed the manufacturer to include six slots (two pairs of three in opposing directions) to increase the flexibility of the collet and thus the clamping force on the tooling.  That change allowed us to manufacture the collets down to 1/8 inch ID.  The full set includes twelve pieces, in 1/16 inch increments spanning from 1/8 to 13/16 (the maximum possible diameter, as dictated by the outside dimensions of the collet.)  Sizes include: 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 9/16, 5/8, 11/16, 3/4, and 13/16.  The collets are made from hardened Manganese steel and have been oiled, shrink-wrapped, and placed in individual plastic tubes to prevent damage in transit.
I do not yet have #20 collets available for these machines, but I may offer a set in the future if there is sufficient interest.  By allowing smaller tooling to be used in the #30 taper spindle, hopefully this set makes your 2D more versatile and eliminates the need for the KT30-to-KT20 adapter.   Unfortunately, a KT20 collet is still required if you wish to mill at odd angles with the universal milling attachment.
